1General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to every member ("you" or "user") who uses the l89v platform ("Platform" or "Site"). By accessing the platform, registering, or using any service, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms.

• Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is not permitted.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Giving any third party access to your account is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the l89v support team immediately.

2.3 Account Verification

l89v reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) procedures at any time. Verification of identity documents, proof of address, or payment method authenticity may be required before deposits or withdrawals.

3Age & Eligibility Requirements

To use the l89v platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is operated for persons aged 21 and above only.

• Participation of minors in any form of gambling or betting activity is strictly prohibited.
• If any age-related information is found to be false, the account will be cancelled and all winnings may be forfeited.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

The following payment methods are accepted for financial transactions at l89v: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

4.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
• Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in the user's own name.
• Deposits via third parties are strictly prohibited.
• Once a deposit is successful, funds will be added to the account balance.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Transaction Cancellation

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

l89v provides various bonuses and promotional offers for new and existing members. Each offer is subject to specific conditions, and if those conditions are not met, the bonus or related winnings may be forfeited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit at l89v, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total ৳2,500; ৳22,000 deposit → ৳15,000 bonus → total ৳37,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

5.2 General Bonus Usage Terms

• Each bonus may be claimed only once, unless otherwise stated.
• Betting across multiple accounts using bonus funds is prohibited.
• l89v reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program.
• If bonus abuse is found, the account may be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Program

The l89v VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback; Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Advancement to a higher tier depends on platform activity and discretion.

6Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities at l89v are conducted on the basis of fair and transparent policies. Specific rules apply to each game or betting section.

6.1 Sports Betting

• Once a bet is placed, no changes can be made except for bets that are eligible for cancellation.
• Bets on events that are incomplete due to technical errors will be cancelled and the original amount will be refunded.
• l89v reserves the right to cancel bets placed on events suspected of being suspicious or related to match-fixing.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games are operated using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• Regular third-party audits are conducted to ensure the accuracy of game results.
• If a connection is lost, the game state is saved on the server and can be continued upon reconnection.

6.3 Result Disputes

If there is a dispute regarding the result of any game or bet, notify the 24/7 support team. l89v's system records will be considered the final evidence.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the l89v platform. Involvement in such activities will result in immediate account closure and all funds may be forfeited.

• Using fraudulent activity, software, or automation tools.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Colluding with other members to place bets.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's technical infrastructure.
• Harassing, intimidating, or behaving inappropriately toward other members or staff.

8Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 l89v's Rights

l89v reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a violation of these Terms.
• If a member does not cooperate with an identity verification request.
• On suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• For processing a responsible gaming request.

8.2 User Rights

You may close your own account at any time. Withdraw any legitimate funds in your balance before closing the account. Contact the support team for any assistance related to account closure.
